In my opinion certainly YES! it might influence children(underaged)- when they browse thru "unwanted" homepages! example lets take [www.69.com]- pornography sites could ruin childrens' moral values thus societ.
But yet censorship among bloggers its seriuzly not providin a free speech! come on tat is their own blog.. dey jz wanna give their piece of mind abt anythn.. whatever dey wan! well my piece of mind abt tis matter is... u cn gve ur piece of mind.. knowing ur limits.. cuz we live in a democratic country u can do wtv u wan.. lyk we cn choose our own leaders! bt with certain limits.. this means u cn write anythn in ur blog bt without touchin sensitive issues lyk politicz! =)
